Winter mornings at the yard start below ten degrees most weeks, and a beanie is the piece riders actually live in from June to August. The Jump'In Phoenix Beanie is the brand's take: plain acrylic knit, no slogans, brand embroidery doing the talking.

How it works: 100% acrylic knit stretches to a one-size fit and bounces back, keeps its shape through the wash cycle, and dries fast when it gets rained on at the float. No wool content means no itch against the forehead and no shrinking disaster in the laundry - the usual fate of yard beanies.

Why we rate it: beanie choice at the stables comes down to fit under a hood and survivability in a wash bag, and this one covers both. See more caps and hats at iRide EQ.

— Colours: navy, grey, khaki and pink. One size.
