RETURN POLICY

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and unused.

Initiating a Return

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Defective Products:
    Email us at info@irideeq.com to receive a return form.

  • Customer Remorse:
    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

FEES FOR RETURNS OR REFUNDS IN AUSTRALIA

  • Damages and Issues (Defective Products):
    Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For defective products, return shipping is free (AUD 0.00) and there is no re-stocking fee.

  • Customer Remorse:
    If you purchased an item by mistake or no longer need it, contact us to evaluate the issue. For returns due to customer remorse, you are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. There is no re-stocking fee.

EXCHANGES

To get the item you want, return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
