The clever bits of bridlework are the ones that make a system flexible, and Jump'In's Removable Martingale Collar is exactly that: a neck collar that turns a plain breastplate into a martingale setup - or lets you strip the martingale off again in a minute when the horse doesn't need it.

How it works: the collar loops around the neck and adjusts via a leather stop, with a holding ring positioned for a running, elastic or soft bib martingale fork. Attach the fork you need for the horse you're riding and you've got a working martingale; unbuckle the fork and it's out of the way completely.

Why we rate it: keeping the adjustment hardware on the collar rather than the breastplate means one collar serves several forks and several horses - less leather in the tack room doing duplicate jobs.
