Voronoï lining

Comfort, hygiene, ventilation.

The internal LINING of the VORONOÏ helmet is made in Italy from top quality materials. Designed to maximize comfort and breathability, it also provides excellent support, preventing the helmet from tipping over.

Unclip and wash the LINING as desired (wash at 30°C/86°F and dry naturally) to ensure comfort and hygiene.

Each VORONOÏ helmet shell can accommodate different LINING sizes for a personalized fit. To find the size that suits you, measure your head circumference with a tape measure.

The M shell accommodates sizes M-55, M-56, 57, 58 and M-59.

Product FAQs

How do I measure for the Voronoï lining?

Measure the circumference of your head at the widest point — about 2cm above your eyebrows and ears. Use a soft tape measure and keep it level. Match your measurement to the Freejump size chart above. If between sizes, choose the smaller size — helmets should fit snugly without pressure points.

What safety standards does the Voronoï lining meet?

For Australian competition, your helmet should meet EN 1384, ASTM F1163, or AS/NZS 3838 standards. Check the product description for the specific certifications of the Voronoï lining. Virginia Tech STAR ratings provide independent safety testing data where available.

When should I replace my Freejump helmet?

Replace any helmet after an impact (even if it looks undamaged), every 5 years from the manufacture date, or if the harness or shell shows any wear. The internal foam compresses over time and loses its protective ability. Never use a helmet that's been in a fall.

Is the Voronoï lining approved for EA competitions?

Check the product description for specific certification details. The Voronoï lining must meet current EA and FEI competition standards to be used at affiliated events. Helmets must be fastened with the chin strap at all times when mounted.
