Voronoï Carbon XC

The VORONOÏ CARBON is the riding helmet that combines the ultimate in new generation protection combining carbon, in-molding over the inner shell and temporal protection.

The VORONOÏ CARBON XC is fitted with a short visor for cross-country use.

Carbon: The outer shell of the VORONOÏ CARBON is made of carbon fiber, a high-tech material whose structure of layers of interwoven fibers offers exceptional impact resistance.

In-molding: A sheet of polycarbonate is overmolded over the inner shell, adding an additional protective barrier between the outer shell and the EPS shell.

EPS shell: the use of a carbon outer shell and in-molding technology allows the use of a particularly absorbent low-density EPS foam inside.

Temporal protection: the VORONOÏ CARBON is the first riding helmet with temple protection (removable option), reducing the risk of concussions in the most fragile part of the skull.

Product FAQs

How do I measure for the Voronoï Carbon XC?

Measure the circumference of your head at the widest point — about 2cm above your eyebrows and ears. Use a soft tape measure and keep it level. Match your measurement to the Freejump size chart above. If between sizes, choose the smaller size — helmets should fit snugly without pressure points.

What safety standards does the Voronoï Carbon XC meet?

For Australian competition, your helmet should meet EN 1384, ASTM F1163, or AS/NZS 3838 standards. Check the product description for the specific certifications of the Voronoï Carbon XC. Virginia Tech STAR ratings provide independent safety testing data where available.

When should I replace my Freejump helmet?

Replace any helmet after an impact (even if it looks undamaged), every 5 years from the manufacture date, or if the harness or shell shows any wear. The internal foam compresses over time and loses its protective ability. Never use a helmet that's been in a fall.

Is the Voronoï Carbon XC approved for EA competitions?

Check the product description for specific certification details. The Voronoï Carbon XC must meet current EA and FEI competition standards to be used at affiliated events. Helmets must be fastened with the chin strap at all times when mounted.
