3 Ring bit French Mouth with High Port
The twin of Jump'In's ported German 3-ring, this French Mouth 3 Ring with High Port carries the same family logic in a sibling listing: softened, progressive leverage above, and a tall arch of tongue room below. If one ported 3-ring variant suits your horse, the other deserves a look across the sizes.
How it works: the German-style 3-ring cheeks bring progressive gag action - gentler than the classic stack - with construction shaped to stop pinching where traditionally sore. The high port above the cannons lets the horse place its tongue comfortably, breathe better and stay focused while working, per Jump'In's notes, and adds a measure of direction too. The French mouth shaping rounds out the palate protection.
Why we rate it: worth comparing directly with the German ported model on price and fit - the shared design brief means the decision usually comes down to which sits better in your horse's mouth geometry, and the honest answer is trial over theory in this family. Check both listings before you buy. German silver (65% copper, 23% zinc, 12% nickel), rinse after each ride; see our leverage bits range.
