Loose ring very thin Leather covered Bradoon bit
Leather-covered and very thin, the Jump'In Loose Ring Bradoon is for riders chasing refined feel in a double bridle: the slimmest possible mouthpiece, softened further by a leather wrap that a horse's tongue tends to accept warmly.
How it works: the stainless steel core keeps the shape honest; the leather covering adds a warm, yielding surface against the tongue that many sensitive mouths prefer to bare metal. Very thin cannons deliver a direct, no-hesitation contact - the bare-minimum signal path between hand and mouth, which is the whole point of a top-end double bridle partnership.
Why we rate it: for the horse that fusses on metal bradoons, this often solves the double-bridle acceptance question before it's asked. Fair warning from us: thin demands soft. And leather needs more care than metal - dry it after wet work and keep it conditioned so the covering doesn't crack at the edges. Rinse gently; no scrubbing. If you're assembling a double, see our bridle accessories and bradoon alternatives.
