When the sun's out and the layers come off, a lightweight polyester cap like the Jump'In Oxygen is the correct answer. Minimal, soft-crowned and quick-drying, it takes the summer sun off your face while you're plaiting, hosing or parked at the truck.

How it works: 100% polyester construction keeps the weight down and the drying time short - if a cap's going to survive an Australian summer, those are its two non-negotiable jobs. The one-size crown holds shape without being rigid, and the unfussy lines mean it never argues with whatever else you threw on that morning.

Why we rate it: nothing about this cap tries too hard, which is why it ends up being the one reached for daily, thrown in a tack bag, and still fine. That's more than most promotional caps manage. Compare other caps and hats at iRide EQ.

— Colours: navy, grey and pink. One size, pure polyester.
