French mouth very thin flat cannons bit with flat
A flat mouthpiece with slim cannons, the Jump'In French Mouth Very Thin Flat Cannons Bit with Flat is aimed at horses that need the rein aid to mean something - the ones that sit behind the contact or treat a standard snaffle as decoration. Because the cannons are thin and the centre flat, the tongue reads every half-halt in high resolution.
How it works: the flat centre section gives the tongue a defined surface to work against, while the thin French mouth cannons deliver the extra strength. The loose ring cheeks stay direct, no leverage involved, so any increase in action comes purely from the mouthpiece, never from a mechanical multiplier. German silver (65% copper, 23% zinc, 12% nickel) gives the solid, steady feel Jump'In builds its reputation on.
Why we rate it: it's a niche design and it doesn't pretend otherwise - Jump'In notes it doesn't suit every horse and every hand, but it can help riders who need a little more response without introducing a leverage bit. Our take: match it with quiet hands, and it rewards both of you. Rinse after riding.
