Samshield 1.0 Helmet
Samshield's 1.0 is the French brand's signature helmet: a polycarbonate shell over a variable-density EPS inner shell, built to spread impact energy across the whole liner rather than one point. It carries CE EN1384, VG1 and ASTM F1163-15 certification — standards accepted under EA equipment rules.
The clip-in liner is memory foam that moulds to your head shape over a few rides and washes clean when it doesn't. Ventilation is the clever part: air enters through a discreet intake under the front blazon and exits through rear extractors, so you get airflow without the helmet looking vented.
Samshield was founded by former professional motocross rider Sam Maloigne in Beauvais, France, and it shows — the fit, the balance and the finish all read like riding gear, not a fashion helmet with a strap bolted on.
