Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: Orders over $250 within Australia.
• Standard Shipping: $10 for orders below $250 within Australia.

Order Acceptance & Pricing

Please be aware that we may not always be able to process an order due to various reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You may need to provide additional verification, such as phone number or address, to process your order.

To prevent fraud, we may validate your payment details and personal information. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We strive for accurate pricing on our Site; however, errors may occur. If an item is mispriced, we may contact you for further instructions or cancel your order and inform you of the cancellation. We may refuse or cancel any orders, even if they have been confirmed and charged to your credit card.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

Handling Time: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).

• Transit Time National Suppliers: 2-5 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Transit Time International Suppliers: 5-10 business days (Monday to Friday)
• Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 3:00 PM will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
